[USA] Custom Duties Reimbursement

For order amounting USD $389 (SGD $500) & above, you're eligible for Customs Duties Reimbursement. Note that this does not apply for any ongoing promotion sale.

Please be advised to proceed with payment for any import duties upon receiving a message or email notification from DHL.*

Customers must forward the import tax receipt to ➡️ weezmods@support.com for validation. 

Once confirmed, the amount will be reimbursed as Store Credit within 14 working days from the date the package is received.

[USA] Is Custom Duties applicable for Standard Shipment?

Great news — we’ll take care of all VAT and duties for you! No hidden fees or extra charges when your package arrives at your facility.

TARIFF RATE (%) FROM SINGAPORE TO USA

All DHL shipments from Singapore to the USA are subject to a flat 10% tariff.

The imposed VAT stands at USD 20 for custom declaration via DHL Courier.

P.O Box Address are not supported for shipping, we are not held liable for lost shipments or return shipments incurred in additional costs.

We do not cover VAT rates and are borne by customers upon package arrival at your local customs.
