U.S. customs-duty reimbursement (DHL)
For order amounting USD $389 (SGD $500) & above, you're eligible for Customs Duties Reimbursement.
Please be advised to proceed with payment for any import duties upon receiving a message or email notification from DHL.
1. Customers must forward the import tax receipt to ➡️ support@weezmods.com for validation.
2. Amount will be reimbursed as Store Credit within 2 to 3 working days from the date of package received upon confirmation.

U.S. tariffs and declaration charges (DHL)
All DHL shipments from Singapore to the USA are subject to a flat 10% tariff.
The imposed VAT stands at USD 20 for custom declaration via DHL Courier.

All VAT charges are excluded from our prices and are payable by the customer upon package arrival at their local customs office. *exclusion applies to certain countries
Do you ship to P.O Boxes?
P.O Box Address are not supported for shipping, we are not held liable for lost shipments or return shipments incurred in additional costs.
Do you ship to USPS facility?
We do not support shipments addressed directly to USPS facilities, post offices, distribution centers, or other carrier-operated facilities.
Failed Delivery / Returned-to-Sender
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to WEEZMODS due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, unclaimed parcel, refusal to receive the parcel, or any other customer-related delivery issue, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the parcel.
