U.S.A DHL Custom Duties Reimbursement

For order amounting USD $389 (SGD $500) & above, you're eligible for Customs Duties Reimbursement.

Please be advised to proceed with payment for any import duties upon receiving a message or email notification from DHL.

1. Customers must forward the import tax receipt to ➡️ weezmods@support.com for validation.

2. Amount will be reimbursed as Store Credit within 2 to 3 working days from the date of package received upon confirmation.

DHL TARIFF RATE (%) FROM SINGAPORE TO USA

All DHL shipments from Singapore to the USA are subject to a flat 10% tariff.

The imposed VAT stands at USD 20 for custom declaration via DHL Courier.

We offer complimentary standard shipment for orders above $93USD (S$120SGD).

Are VAT rates included?

All VAT charges are excluded from our prices and are payable by the customer upon package arrival at their local customs office. *exclusion applies to certain countries

Do you ship to P.O Boxes?

P.O Box Address are not supported for shipping, we are not held liable for lost shipments or return shipments incurred in additional costs.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally from Singapore.

Singpost Standard Shipment - Package Stuck at Customs

For quicker response, you're recommended to contact your local courier facility for immediate update. Alternatively, contact us via email at ➡️ support@weezmods.com with your order number and tracking number.

Response time from local postal office takes up to 14 working days (excluding festive seasons and weekends).
