Refund Policy

Return, Refund & Cancellation

1.1 For refunds (within 3 working days)

  • Inform us via email within 3 working day(s) upon parcel received.
  • Product must be returned in original packaging, damage free (no dents/scratches) and no signs of usage.
  • In event if product received is found defective, we will provide a replacement with shipping at no cost or a discount code for your next order according to case basis.
  • We reserve the rights to amend the policy without prior notice. Based on evaluation, refund is invalid if it has failed to fufill the above conditions stated under "1.1 For refunds (within 3 working days)". The shipping cost would be borne by you "the buyer".
  • This excludes “Modded Watches” Category.

1.2 Order Cancellation


Do note that orders placed are not eligible for cancellation due to change of mind etc.

Pre Order Products are not eligible for refund upon placing order.
