WEEZMODS Package Tracker privacy information

WEEZMODS Package Tracker is a desktop connection used by the SingPost Exporter to display package cases from a configured Google Sheets worksheet.

Google data used

The connection requests read-only Google Sheets access. It reads the configured Packages worksheet, including order references, customer names, tracking numbers, case statuses, follow-up actions and notes. It displays those cases and matches them with local order records. This Google Sheets connection does not edit the spreadsheet or change its sharing permissions.

Local storage

A cached copy of the worksheet is stored in the exporter folder so that package statuses remain available offline. Google OAuth client configuration and the offline refresh token are encrypted for the current Windows account using Windows Data Protection. Cached package data is retained locally until the operator removes it.

Controlling access

You can revoke the app's Google access in your Google Account's third-party connections settings. Revoking Google access prevents future reads; it does not remove copies already cached on the computer. Contact WEEZMODS for help removing local cached data and connection files.
