How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
1.1 Singpost Standard Shipment
An estimated of delivery timeframe is within 3 to 4 weeks excluding weekends.
1.2 DHL Express Shipment
An estimated of delivery timeframe is within 2 to 6 days weeks excluding weekends.

Parcel stuck at customs with no updates? Do contact your local postage office for updates or drop us an email at ➡️ weez.colsg@gmail.com with your order number and tracking number.
Response time from local postal office takes around 3 to 7 days for package tracing.
How much is DHL Shipping fee?

*For Orders amounting $220USD ($290SGD) and above, you're qualified for Free DHL Shipping upon checkout.exclusions applies
Why am i not eligible for Free DHL Express Shipping even fulfilling the total amount of $220USD?
An extra surcharge is revised with your current address due to distance coverage by DHL.
*For Orders amounting $349USD ($471SGD) and above, you're qualified for Free DHL Shipping upon checkout.
This applies to Middle East, Meixco & South Dakota Customers. List is not comprehensive and subjected to case basis.
Do you ship to P.O Boxes?
P.O Box Address are not supported for shipping, we are not held liable for lost shipments or return shipments incurred in additional costs.
Are VAT rates included?
We do not cover VAT rates and are borne by customers upon package arrival at your local customs.
